We are committed to protecting your privacy and your sensitive health data.

    Since our App does not require an account registration in this version, we do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number, unless you voluntarily provide them to our support team via email.

We collect the following types of data to operate and improve the App:

2.1 Health and Care Data
With your explicit consent, we process and store health-related data you input manually or via connected devices, such as heart rate, blood pressure, sleep patterns, step counts, and medication schedules. This data is strictly used to provide you with health management features and is stored with industry-standard encryption.

2.2 Device Information and Usage Data (via Google Analytics)
To help us improve the product experience and fix bugs, the App is integrated with Google Analytics (GA). We collect strictly anonymous usage statistics via GA.
This includes:

  • App version number and Operating System type (iOS, Android).

  • Device model and screen resolution.

  • Interaction events, crash reports, and feature usage frequency.

GA does NOT collect your health data, location (unless explicitly enabled for emergency features), or any personally identifiable information (PII).

2.3 Location Data
To assist with emergency response features (if enabled), the App may collect location data. You can enable or disable this feature at any time in your device's system settings. If disabled, emergency location services will not function.

    We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide core functions: sending medication reminders, managing care plans, and assisting with health records.

  • To analyze and improve the App: Using aggregated, anonymous GA data to identify bugs and optimize the user interface.

  • To handle emergency requests: Using location data to help designated contacts or emergency services reach the user when needed.

    We implement strict technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
    We retain your health and usage data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Once the data is no longer needed, it is automatically aggregated or permanently deleted.

  2. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
    Since we do not require a user account, we associate data with a unique device identifier rather than a specific name.

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to data collection (including health data and GA tracking) at any time by stopping usage of the App or disabling permissions in your device settings.

  • Right to Access and Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of any health data associated with your use of the App by contacting us. We will identify and delete your data based on the unique device ID you provide.
