This document constitutes a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Ysair Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Ysair", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the "Retekess Care" mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
License and Restrictions
License: Ysair grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purposes related to daily health tracking and elderly care management.
Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any portion of it.
Age Restriction: The App is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.
Medical Disclaimer (Important)
The Retekess Care App is designed to assist with health tracking, medication reminders, and care management. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you or a loved one are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately. Ysair shall not be liable for any health outcomes resulting from the reliance on information provided through the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Ysair does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ysair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
Updates to This Document
Ysair Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
